Tubular Strander
(Underroller Type)
The JG series tubular strander uses the rotation of a tubular stranding body to produce stranded conductors. Its distinguishing feature is the underroller-supported structure, where the rotating stranding body is supported by rollers rather than conventional bearing arrangements. This design provides stable operation and is suitable for the stranding of aluminum, aluminum alloy, copper conductors, steel-reinforced conductors, and steel wire ropes.

Features
- The underroller-type tubular stranding machine adopts an underroller-supported rotating stranding body structure, providing stable operation and reliable performance.
- The tubular body is fabricated through integral welding, followed by flaw detection inspection and stress-relieving heat treatment. Precision machining of the inner and outer surfaces ensures high concentricity and excellent dynamic balance.
- The stranding machine base is manufactured from cast components and heat-treated to improve vibration absorption and operational stability while simplifying installation, commissioning, and transportation.
- Both ends of the main machine are supported by auxiliary bearings housed within bearing boxes, ensuring high installation accuracy and smooth operation.
- The safety enclosure adopts a sliding structure with stamped steel mesh panels, providing convenient access while maintaining effective operator protection.
- The strander integrates mechanical, electrical, and automation technologies into a single control platform. A fully digital DC speed control system, fault alarm functions, and automatic shutdown features help improve production safety and equipment reliability.
