The JGG series tubular stranding machine uses the rotation of a tubular stranding body to produce stranded conductors. Equipped with multiple independent drive motors controlling different functional units, the stranding machine offers flexible operation and precise process control. It is suitable for the stranding of aluminum, aluminum alloy, copper, aluminum-clad steel conductors, and steel wire ropes.

Features
  • The JGG630 series tubular stranding machine adopts a rotating stranding body supported by three or more large bearings, improving operating speed, running stability, and bearing service life.
  • The tubular body features a three-window structure. After integral welding, it undergoes flaw detection inspection and stress-relieving heat treatment. Precision machining of the inner and outer surfaces ensures high rigidity, excellent concentricity, and reliable dynamic balance.
  • Large bearings are lubricated through a dedicated lubrication station, providing excellent lubrication performance. A labyrinth sealing structure ensures reliable sealing and prevents lubricant leakage.
  • The stranding machine base is manufactured from cast components and heat-treated to improve vibration absorption and operational stability while simplifying installation, commissioning, and transportation.
  • Both ends of the tubular body are supported by auxiliary bearings housed inside bearing boxes, ensuring high installation accuracy and smooth machine operation.
  • The capstan system adopts a dual-capstan design, while the meter counter combines both mechanical and electronic length measurement functions.
  • The safety enclosure features a sliding structure made from stamped steel mesh panels, offering both practical protection and convenient access.
  • It integrates mechanical, electrical, and automation technologies into a single control platform, featuring fault alarm and automatic shutdown functions for improved operational safety and reliability.
